This notice explains how The Content CISO uses information collected when you register for The Next Security Journey.
What we collect
We collect your name, work email, role, company, country, privacy acknowledgement and optional marketing choice.
Why we use it
We use your details to provide the guide, administer the download, understand the security leaders we serve and maintain an accurate record of your choices. We send community or marketing updates only when you actively choose that option.
Where it is processed
The registration service runs on Cloudflare. Registration and consent records are stored in a private Cloudflare database. The ebook is delivered from private Cloudflare storage. Registration details and consent choices are also sent to HubSpot so we can maintain the contact and permission record.
How long we keep it
We keep registration and consent records only while they support the community, legal obligations and the choices you made. We periodically review records that are no longer active or useful.
Your choices
Marketing permission is optional and is not required to receive the guide. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw marketing permission at any time.
